The Wayward Coffeehouse reading for Close Encounters of the Urban Kind went very nicely. We had a decent turn out, including the wonderful folks from Seattle-Geekly.com. Books were sold and autographed, nightmares were seeded (I blame “Frames of Reference” for that, but Rosemary Jones’ story “Two Out, Wendigo” might trigger some cannibalism fears in people), and much shop was talked.
If you missed the festivities, fear not, gentle soul!
There is a second reading at the University Bookstore, Thursday the 15th from 7-9. Reading will be Editor Jennifer Brozek, myself, Erik Scott de Bie, Mark Henry, Alma Alexander, and Rosemary Jones.
What a perfect way to wind down tax day!
